Happy Sunday Monday everyone!
Welcome to today’s Sunday Surf!
The Sunday Surf includes some of my favorite posts from the past week. Enjoy!

- Nope Nada Ixnay Negative Pass Decline is one of my favorite posts ever (!), detailing Zoie’s experiment with saying “Yes!” to her kids for an entire day. I love how this practice required her to stay present and mindful, and I love how her mindfulness affected her kids. Zoie wrote this as part of the “Experiments in Natural Family Living” Carnival of Natural Parenting for January, cohosted by Hobo Mama and Code Name: Mama. All the posts are really great, go check ‘em out!
- Parenting From Scratch offers Encouraging Things to Say to Kids. I love this list not only because it’s so positive, but because it is about the child rather than about the parent.
- Easy reminders on what to do When Gentle Parenting Doesn’t Work at Authentic Parenting
- Get inspired for 28 Tips to Snap Out of a School Lunch Slump by HealthyChild.org
